Operation Assistant

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? We are seeking a motivated individual to support our operations and administrative teams in a part-time role. This is a perfect opportunity for a current college student or someone starting their career in business administration to gain valuable, hands-on experience.

You will be a key player in keeping our team organized and efficient. You’ll help with supplier communications, prepare documents, track orders and invoices, and ensure our records are always up-to-date.

What You'll Do :

Assist with communications to suppliers to check on order status.

Help create and track purchase orders and vendor invoices.

Organize and maintain contract folders (certifications, test reports, drawings, etc.).

Support the shipping team by preparing labels and gathering necessary documents.

Update company logs for shipments, invoices, and payments.

Handle general administrative tasks like data entry and ordering office supplies.

A proactive and reliable work ethic—you enjoy seeing a task through to completion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
