TWC Concrete is a leading concrete contractor in the Midwest specializing in tilt-up, flatwork, and structural concrete for commercial and industrial projects. We are known for our craftsmanship, safety culture, and the ability to deliver complex work with precision.
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout while driving safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
Project Management & Execution
- Lead commercial concrete projects (tilt-up, flatwork, structural) from start to finish.
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials with field leadership.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, mix design approvals, and shop drawings.
Financial Management
Build and maintain project budgets and cost reports.Review labor, material, and subcontractor expenses.Prepare and process change orders and monthly pay applications.Forecast costs to complete and ensure projects meet profit targets.Client & Team Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for owners, GCs, architects, and engineers.Lead progress meetings and communicate updates clearly and professionally.Collaborate closely with TWC superintendents, foremen, and crew leadership.Quality, Safety & Closeout
Enforce TWC safety standards and promote a safe jobsite environment.Oversee quality control for concrete placement, finishing, curing, and testing.Manage punch lists, turnover documentation, and project closeout packages.What You Bring
4+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial concrete projects .Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, formwork, sequencing, and finishing.Ability to read and interpret structural / architectural drawings and specifications.Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).Preferred Certifications : OSHA 30, ACI, PMP (optional)
