TSMC Arizona is looking for an Electrical Construction Section Manager to join our new fab project, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona's Construction Department responsibilities will encompass code interpretation, project planning and scheduling, resource monitoring and control, interface coordination, as well as oversight on quality, safety, and security.

Responsibilities :

• General responsibility of the Electrical Construction Section Manager, overseeing all aspects of electrical construction activities.
• Schedule Management & Monitoring : Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and milestones for all phases, including underground, building, electrical construction, commissioning, and completion. Track project milestones and ensure timely execution of electrical systems. Monitor progress, report deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. Perform milestone schedule updates, electrical system commissioning, and QA / QC tasks, while communicating adjustments to relevant teams.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving : Identify and assess potential scheduling risks. Observe and address unforeseen scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Reporting & Documentation : Support engineering, construction teams, and contractors by implementing trackable construction KPIs, tracking logs, and holding subcontractors accountable for their actual progress. Inform management of the current project plan and provide accurate updates.
