At-Risk Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for an At-Risk Engagement Specialist to support student engagement for at-risk or educationally disadvantaged students.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees a caseload of students and serves as the primary point of contact

Monitors student participation and arranges support conferences to address performance concerns

Provides outreach and individualized support to students and families to enhance engagement and academic success

Required Qualifications

Two (2) years of college education

Two (2) years of experience in education or an equivalent combination of education and related experience

Experience working with the proposed age group

Experience supporting adults and children in learning and technology use

Ability to learn new technology tools quickly
