Construction Superintendent

Required Skills & Experience :

• 2-4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• 2-4 years supporting ground up commercial projects
• Ability to manage sub contractors, scheduling, & safety aspects

Job Description :

An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for Construction Superintendents to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing sub contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines. They will be working primarily on commercial projects but could support industrial projects too. This person will also be interacting with customers to give updates on timelines and budget.

Compensation :

$65,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include medical insurance, 401k retirement account access with employer matching, and holiday pay. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided.
