Customer Service Representative - Part Time

If so, you would be a great fit to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Citizens State Bank in our Woodville, WI office! This part-time role will require approximately 25 hours per week.

Job duties for this position include :

• Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
• Process daily transactions
• Balance a teller drawer daily
• Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
• Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services

Requirements

Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Cash handling and some computer skills are preferred. Prior banking experience is considered a plus but is not required.
