Base Pay Range

$100,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our team in Richardson, TX. This role reports directly to the Sr. Business Intelligence Manager and plays a key role in supporting global data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, SQL, and Azure Data Factory, with expertise in master data management, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and SQL.
  • Manage and support master data processes within Azure Data Factory environments, ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and deliver meaningful data solutions that support decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot issues and prevent unintended system impacts through thorough analysis and careful execution.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and the development of scalable BI and MDM solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of master data and analytics initiatives with enterprise data governance standards.
  • Support data cleansing, validation, and standardization efforts to maintain high-quality datasets for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, or related fields.
  • Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience managing and standardizing master data across complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business units.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights.
  • High-energy, collaborative, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work in a global environment.
  • Spanish language skills and / or LATAM experience preferred.
  • Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Richardson, TX. Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
