Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Location : Boynton Beach, FL 33436

Schedule : Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team in Boynton Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients through evaluation, treatment, and development of individualized care plans, ensuring optimal recovery and function.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referrals or direct access.
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans for Physical Therapy Assistants.
  • Utilize therapy modalities and exercise equipment effectively.
  • Conduct work-related evaluations (e.g., Work Hardening, FCEs, Ergonomic Assessments).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and communication with referring physicians.
  • Understand and correctly apply billing codes for various payer types.
  • Participate in marketing and community outreach activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensure and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with patients, physicians, and staff.

    • Qualifications :

  • Active and valid Florida PT License (in good standing).
  • Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
