Job Description

We are currently seeking a nurse practitioner for a practice in the Tampa Bay Area near the best beaches in Florida!

SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 am - 5 pm

COMPENSATION : Competitive, but will be based on experience

Job Summary :

• Provide Care to Geriatrics
• Monday-Friday, no call
• All Home Visits
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and leadership support provided
• Clinical responsibilities to include the ability to see all adult, wellness, and chronic care disease management
