Sr. IT Project Manager

The Sr. IT Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet business goals and quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting on multiple technical projects, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements. Accountabilities :

• Lead end-to-end IT project management for multiple complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to business objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, planning sessions, and solutioning meetings to align teams and resources.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and dashboards to track progress and communicate status.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate activities across IT, business, and external vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
