Job Summary

Are you passionate about making a difference in patients' lives through respiratory care? Join our dedicated team in Indiana, where you will provide care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes. In this role, you will perform bedside diagnostic procedures, review and maintain respiratory care plans, and make necessary adjustments to patient care. You will also have the opportunity to mentor students and new hires, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Education

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of a respiratory therapy program.

License / Certification

The ideal candidate will :

• Hold an entry-level certification and a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• Possess a current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Have current certification in CPR.
• For Parkview Randallia (excluding Pulmonary Rehab and PFT areas) : Obtain ACLS and NRP certifications within 6 months.
• For Community Hospital locations : Obtain ACLS and NRP certifications within 6 months from the date of hire or transfer; PALS and Stable are preferred but not required.

Experience

No prior experience is required for this role.

Other Qualifications

Candidates must be able to be on call and lift up to 30 pounds.
