Adecco is seeking Plating Technicians for exciting roles with our client in Lincoln, NH. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are offering an exciting $1,000 bonus after 90 days when you meet performance and attendance goals! Weekly pay starts at $20.44-$24.94.

Available Shifts :

1st Shift : Monday–Friday 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

2nd Shift : Monday–Friday 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

3rd Shift : Monday–Saturday 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM

4th Shift : Friday–Sunday 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

Operates assigned equipment to perform various metal finishing operations, including cleaning, etching, desmutting, pickling, bright-dipping, dyeing, degreasing, heat treating, plating, coating, and drying parts

Loads and unloads tote pans of parts; stacks, racks, and un-racks parts into baskets, racks, and barrels using electric hoists or manual lifting

Prepares parts for processing by filling containers and lowering them into appropriate tanks; removes parts upon completion of process

Follows prescribed procedures and monitors processing conditions such as solution temperature to ensure proper operation

Performs visual and physical inspections to verify product quality

Maintains cleanliness of tanks and work areas, and assists with chemical handling, solution maintenance, and general utility tasks

Keeps accurate daily production logs and records as required

Troubleshoots basic to moderate processing issues

Ensures overall product quality and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience / training

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence, and communicate effectively with others

Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve routine problems

Physical ability to stand, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear as needed

Frequent use of hands to handle tools, objects, or controls, and ability to regularly lift / move up to 30 pounds

Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment; these vision requirements are job-related and consistent with business necessity

Pay Details : $20.44 to $24.94 per hour
