Position Overview

Seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent with deep experience leading cold storage or food processing construction projects from the field. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and driving project delivery from groundbreaking through closeoutwherever the project takes you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite construction activities with a strong focus on schedule, safety, and quality
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors across all phases of construction
• Interpret and enforce construction documents, specifications, and technical standards
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment
• Ensure compliance with all jobsite safety regulations (OSHA and internal standards)
• Maintain detailed daily field reports and project documentation
• Act as the face of the company onsite, representing our commitment to excellence
