iSphere is looking for a Senior Network Architect to take the lead on next-generation network design and implementation for one of our top clients in North Houston. This role isn't just about keeping the lights on - it's about shaping the roadmap of a high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise network.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of advanced enterprise network solutions aligned with business goals and security best practices.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert across data center, WAN, and campus environments .
• Configure and optimize Cisco VXLAN fabrics, manage orchestration through NDFC (Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller) , and ensure high availability across systems.
• Drive automation and assurance initiatives through Cisco DNA Center , delivering smarter, faster, and more secure network management.
• Design, deploy, and manage Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela or Meraki) to support a globally distributed, high-performance network.
• Develop architectural standards, documentation, and operational procedures to ensure long-term scalability and consistency.
• Mentor and train engineers - sharing your expertise in design, troubleshooting, and emerging technologies.
