We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. We are seeking individuals who have open availability and flexibility between 6am - 7pm, Monday - Sunday, & MUST be available to work weekends & holidays.

• Duties
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
• Provide accurate information regarding ETA's to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
• Skills
• Proven experience in customer service or client services is essential.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for record-keeping and data entry.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
