$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Earn up to $49.40 / hour (based on shift & experience)

Shift Differentials – extra pay for nights

Modified Compensation +20% – rewarding pay structure

Overnight LPN Opportunities :

Full Time & Part Time | 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

What You’ll Do :

Safely administer medications and treatments overnight

Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to needs

Accurately document care in medical records

Support residents through admissions, transfers, and discharges

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure confidentiality, infection control, and safety standards

Qualifications :

Current NH Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Long-term care experience preferred

Strong communication skills & a positive, team-focused mindset
