T-Mobile is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to help power our next-generation B2B customer experiences within T-Mobile for Business (TfB). In this role, you won’t just code-you’ll design and build scalable, customer-first solutions that tightly integrate the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom apps) with our broader digital ecosystem.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll apply your knowledge of the best software engineering practices-including microservices, cloud-native architecture, and API-first design-to develop high-performing, highly available Salesforce applications. You’ll work across teams to build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), optimize CPQ workflows, and contribute to enterprise-level integrations with Heroku and other cloud platforms. You'll also bring a strong engineering mindset-focused on performance, reliability, and reusable patterns-to every solution you create.

Base Pay Range : $113,600 - $205,000

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
