Hybrid : 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Compensation : $275K–$325K + Compelling Equity Package (2–3 year liquidity horizon)

A dynamic and highly profitable professional services firm—founded just a few years ago and now surpassing $400M in revenue—is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help shape its next phase of expansion.
This is a rare opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. The CHRO will partner closely with the Co-CEOs and leadership team to establish people systems, lead senior-level hiring, and strengthen the leadership bench as the company prepares for its next chapter.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the firm's holistic people strategy aligned with growth and performance goalsOversee all areas of HR : talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, and cultureBuild and scale foundational processes for compensation, recruiting, and performance managementPartner with founders to set leadership structures and succession plans across major U.S. officesSupport senior hiring initiatives to expand the executive team and operational depthServe as a strategic advisor and culture champion during an exciting phase of scale and transformationRequirements
15+ years of HR leadership experience within professional services, consulting, or accounting sectorsProven ability to design and implement HR processes in fast-paced, founder-led companiesExpertise in executive compensation, organizational design, and leadership developmentTrack record of leading senior hiring and guiding teams through periods of rapid growthMust be based in NYC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, or Miami (onsite 4 days per week)About the Company
