Title : Java / Spring Boot Developer

Location : Hybrid Woonsocket, RI

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Integrate backend services with databases, front-end interfaces, and third-party systems.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements.
Maintain proper documentation of code and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3 - 6 years of professional experience in Java development.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).

Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito).

Working knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
