Emergency Department RN Job Details

Location : 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822 (Hunterdon County)

Assignment Length : 13-week contract

Hours per Week : 36

Shift : 12 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 AM

Schedule : Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Employment Type : Local, On-Site

Hourly Pay Rate : $83.70 / hour

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2020–$2130 / week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) or ER nursing experience

Active New Jersey RN License (required at time of application)

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications

Flu immunization required unless valid medical exemption is provided

Professional appearance; any color scrubs permitted if clean and professional

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the healthcare team

Respond rapidly and efficiently to emergency situations

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Document patient care accurately and promptly

Educate and support patients and their families

Maintain a safe, clean work environment in accordance with hospital policies
