Heart of the House
A chain is only as strong as each link within it. By the same token, it is imperative that the Heart of the House (HOH) team member operates with the same goal in mind, which is satisfying the guest. The HOH team members are involved with every facet of food preparation, as well as the final presentation as it is to be delivered to the guest. Their importance cannot be overstated.
We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team oriented are a must!
We are a premier fondue restaurant located in Fort Myers since 1988. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment to our team members. We offer a warm, friendly, and positive environment that promotes teamwork! We offer extremely competitive pay, meal benefits, and opportunity to grow.
Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We close at 10pm every day. We are looking for both full and part time. The Melting Pot of Fort Myers is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or are in school.
