R&M Technical Lead
The R&M Technical Lead is responsible for driving global technical governance across major service product lines. This role ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in Repair & Maintenance (R&M) operations by establishing standardized methods, tools, and systems. The position leads the modernization of technical work instructions, embedding digitalization, lessons learned, and best practices. Through collaboration with Product Lines, Engineering, Quality, HSSE, and Operations, the Technical Lead ensures technical integrity, alignment, and measurable business impact across the global R&M network.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the Global Technical Governance Group for R&M across all major service product lines.Establish a self-governing team to align methods, tools, and systems while maintaining product line uniqueness.Collaborate with Engineering and Product Lines to develop and refine technical processes and procedures.Overhaul and standardize all R&M technical work instructions, integrating digitalization and structural guidance.Champion the rollout of a modernized R&M system.Simplify, standardize, and digitize technical instructions.Integrate lessons learned and failure data into processes.Ensure seamless implementation and adherence in R&M workshops.Align with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and effectiveness of technical instructions.Develop governance protocols for managing technical documentation lifecycle.Lead global rollout of technical processes and procedures.Communication

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in R&M, Technical Services, or Product Line Operations (preferably in oilfield services or energy).At least 5 years in a leadership role managing global or multi-regional teams.Preferred
Proven success in process simplification, standardization, and digital transformation.Experience in cross-functional collaboration to align technical practices.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
