Role Overview

We are seeking a New Development Sales Manager to lead sales for a not-yet-launched luxury development in Naples. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring exceptional presentation skills, leadership, and direct sales production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-site sales efforts and team performance
  • Convert leads into buyers through proactive engagement and follow-up
  • Conduct presentations within a state-of-the-art sales gallery
  • Negotiate contracts and guide buyers through every step of the transaction
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to drive strategy
  • Prepare reports, track performance, and analyze market data

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in new development and sales management
  • Active real estate license (in Florida)
  • Excellent communication, client relations, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales planning, reporting, and market analysis
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for luxury real estate
  • Availability to work weekends
