Job Description

We are a small personal injury firm in the Clear Lake area with a growing practice. We are looking to hire a full-time law clerk to answer discovery. Legal experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Interview clients and gather information.
  • Facilitate the signing of various documents.
  • Draft objections and responses to written discovery requests.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Spanish speaking is a must.
  • Law students encouraged to apply.
