Pay : Starting at $19.00 per hour, based on experience and previous qualifications
Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, setting sales and service appointments, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping guide them through their next step in the sales or service process.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to phone calls, online inquiries, and internet leads in a timely and professional manner
Set and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments
Conduct outbound follow-up communications to re-engage warm leads and unsold customers
Log customer interactions and notes in the dealership CRM system
Understand customer needs and help direct them to the correct department or advisor
Support dealership marketing efforts through follow-up calls and customer outreach
Maintain contact lists and manage appointment schedules with accuracy
Communicate professionally with internal departments to ensure smooth handoffs
Qualifications
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and digital communications
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (training provided)
Must be organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license required
