Senior BI Developer - Platform Migration

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to lead a critical migration initiative from a MSSQL / MicroStrategy environment to a modern analytics platform built on Databricks, dbt, and Power BI . This transformational role will shape the organization's analytics infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

Migration Leadership

• Design and execute migration strategy from MSSQL and MicroStrategy to Databricks, dbt, and Power BI.
• Assess existing BI reports, dashboards, and data models to prioritize migration tasks.
• Rebuild and optimize MicroStrategy reports and dashboards in Power BI with feature parity and improved performance.
• Translate SQL-based transformations into dbt models following best practices.
• Establish data quality validation processes to ensure migration accuracy.
