Join our Pharmacy Operations team as a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician and play a crucial role in preparing life-changing sterile medications. You will be essential in producing large-volume batches (up to 250 vials per run) in a cleanroom, ensuring every product meets the highest safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Do :

• Precision Production : Prepare sterile compounded medications, including powders, liquids, or injections, following approved formulas, compounding logs, and strict aseptic technique.
• Quality & Compliance : Maintain full compliance with USP standards and all applicable state / federal regulations. This includes performing and documenting cleaning, environmental monitoring, and proper gowning.
• Operational Excellence : Accurately label, package, and document finished products, ensuring detailed records of lot numbers and expiration dates are maintained.
• Team Collaboration : Work efficiently with the pharmacy team in the intravenous cleanroom suite to achieve daily production goals and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
