About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Pharmacist with at least 5+ years of pharmacy experience to join our team as a Specialty Pharmacy Manager . This role is ideal for a motivated, adaptable leader with a background in specialty or clinical pharmacy (preferred over retail).

As a Specialty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll play a key role in :

• Overseeing safe and effective medication management
• Collaborating with medical teams and healthcare professionals
• Leading formulary and medication safety initiatives
• Providing mentorship to pharmacy staff, students, and residents
• Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with best practices

What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have : Licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of experience

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Motivated and flexible, with a passion for patient care

✅ Previous specialty pharmacy or hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
