Senior AI Engineer to lead and contribute to upcoming AI initiatives with our client. This role will play a critical part in designing, integrating, and refining AI solutions using Google Bard for various internal projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with LLM (Large Language Model) integrations , prompt engineering , retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and will be comfortable guiding junior collaborators while owning architectural planning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions for call recording transcription summarization, categorization , and next best action recommendations leveraging Google Bard.
• Lead the creation of doctor insurance claims appeal document summarization models with basic judgment assessments.
• Collaborate on the planning and potential future implementation of internal chatbots that integrate with multiple documentation and help resources.
• Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for AI model performance improvements.
• Implement RAG pipelines to enable dynamic, context-based model outputs using external data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, and cybersecurity teams, to deliver secure and compliant AI solutions.
• Ensure all AI models adhere to GDPR and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and training on best practices in AI engineering.
• Contribute to project architecture, documentation, and technical roadmaps.
