Salary : $48,000-$53,000

At AmanaCare, we provide faithful, personalized in-home assistance to seniors and disabled or recovering adults. We are seeking a care coordinator for the panhandle area.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintaining strong channels of communication with caregivers, clients, and office administration.
• Resolving challenges or issues as they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
• Reporting any incidents involving client health / safety / satisfaction to appropriate administration in a timely manner.
• Non-medical in-home caregiving, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from appointments.

Experience / Skills :

Problem-solving in unexpected situations.

Requirements :

Prior caregiving and / or management or supervisory experience is preferred.
