Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership
- Lead Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and optimizations across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and related modules.
- Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements, define functional designs, and ensure Oracle SCM configurations align with operational needs.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SCM processes, system capabilities, and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and reporting across the SCM Cloud landscape.
- Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT), issue resolution, and support for cutover and go-live activities.
Security & Compliance
Design and maintain SCM-specific security roles, duty roles, data access models, and privilege assignments.Define and enforce segregation of duties (SoD) controls; proactively monitor for conflicts.Establish governance standards for SCM user access, access reviews, and audit readiness.Partner with enterprise security to align SCM Cloud with identity management, SSO, and OCI security frameworks.Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, SoD reports, and remediation plans.Collaboration & Leadership
Act as the primary liaison between SCM business stakeholders and IT for both functional and security-focused initiatives.Mentor junior consultants and business users on SCM processes, security configurations, and best practices.Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support secure adoption of SCM solutions.Ensure security is embedded in all SCM Cloud solution designs and project decisions.Communicate clearly and effectively with business, technical, and leadership teams; able to break down complex concepts for non-technical audiences.Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a willingness and desire to work across all Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, HCM, Projects, SCM, Procurement), while maintaining deep specialization in Security and RBAC governance.Required Skills & Experience
810+ years of Oracle SCM experience, with at least 35 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.Strong functional expertise across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing.Proven experience with Oracle Cloud security model, RBAC, SoD, and audit / compliance frameworks.Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM security components roles, duty roles, data access sets, privileges.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across business, technical, and audit teams.Ability to balance functional solution delivery with governance, compliance, and security requirements.Ability to operate cross-functionally across all Fusion pillars, with a strong focus on Security leadership.Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist Oracle SCM Cloud.Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).Background in regulated industries (Healthcare, Pharma, Public Sector, Financial Services).Familiarity with OCI and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).BlueSky Resource Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
