Job descriptionPerform comprehensive assessments and continuous hemodynamic monitoring. Manage ventilators, advanced airways, and oxygen therapy. Titrate vasoactive drips (e.g., pressors, sedatives, insulin) per protocol / orders. Interpret ECG / telemetry and respond to changes in patient status. Prepare and assist with bedside procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intubation). Administer meds, blood products, and IV therapies; maintain accurate documentation (EHR). Implement and update individualized care plans; educate patients / families. Participate in rapid response and codes; follow sepsis and stroke bundles. Ensure infection control, restraint safety, and fall prevention. Collaborate with MDs, RT, pharmacy, PT / OT, case management for safe transitions. Active and Valid RN license in the state of Indiana. Minimum of 1 year ICU or critical care experience . BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Provide high-quality, critical care nursing for adult ICU patients. You will manage complex, unstable conditions and work closely with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, timely care.
