• Overview :

TEKsystems is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support at a manufacturing plant in Carthage, MO. This role supports critical systems including workstations, phones, servers, and plant-connected devices. You'll work closely with global IT teams and plant personnel to ensure system reliability and support ongoing initiatives.

• Responsibilities :
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues
• Maintain communication during issue resolution
• Track support tickets using service management tools
• Support system outages and downtime coordination
• Roll out new IT processes and equipment
• Ensure compliance with IT policies
• Lead or assist with IT projects
• Provide 24 / 7 support as needed
• Qualifications :
• 3-4 years of IT support experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Familiarity with enterprise IT tools
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable personal vehicle required

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
