Pay Rate : $38 / hour

Responsibilities That Drive Impact :

Delivering Engaging Training : You'll utilize your 5 years' direct experience or 10 years' transferrable expertise in safety, preferably in a high-hazard industry like a refinery, to make safety education come alive. Your strong presentation skills and excellent communication will captivate diverse audiences, leaving a lasting impact on their safety knowledge.

Inspiring Curriculum Development : Your valuable feedback on training modules will influence the curriculum design team, ensuring our offerings maintain top-notch quality, effectiveness, relevance, and a remarkable return on investment.

Empowering New Instructors : You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of new instructors and supporting their growth. Your mentorship will pave the way for a new generation of safety advocates.

Tech-Savvy Approach : Leverage your adeptness with technology and software products to elevate our training delivery and foster seamless communication with operations and learning management.

Qualifications for Success :

Education : A Bachelor's Degree in safety, human factors, or related area - or equivalent combination of training and experience - sets the foundation for your impactful role.

OSHA Certificates : Possession of related OSHA certificates (500, 501) is an added advantage, showcasing your commitment to excellence in safety education.

Experience : With 3 - 5 years of experience facilitating safety education, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help our learners thrive.
