The Opportunity : As a dedicated Strategic Account Relationship Manager Senior for Claims Optimization, you will be responsible for developing, managing, growing, and nurturing relationships between USAA and external strategic suppliers. These objectives include onboarding and operational support of strategic partner relationships, ability to identify opportunities for growth, and overall build strong relationship with key strategic partners including internal affiliates. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations : San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What You'll Do :

• Effectively initiates and manages supplier relationships with strategic supplier partners and internal business team members.
• Monitors strategic account partners satisfaction, understands, and applies data-driven insights to influence strategies to drive the achievement of business goals.
• Responsible for timely and appropriate resolution of escalations from strategic supplier partners.
• Partners with team to work with research, analytics, finance, and staff area leaders to identify, influence and lead cross departmental improvement efforts.
• Identifies opportunities to document and facilitate improvements to processes. Assists with developing functional policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conducts periodic meetings with strategic account personnel to foster relationships and uncover opportunities to develop operational efficiencies of products.
• Serves as a peer mentor and on-the-job trainer for other team members.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Compensation range : The salary range for this position is : $103,450.00 - $197,730.00.
