About the role

This role will be an integral part of our R&D team, which includes talented scientists, engineers and experienced technicians. You will have the opportunity to learn about solar cell design, fabrication and scale-up techniques, as well as device testing, all while contributing to exciting new technology projects.

What you'll do

• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment.
• Support device testing and perform routine tasks like substrate cleaning, solution preparation, and inventory management.
• Work with various lab equipment such as gloveboxes, evaporators and pumps, laminators, soldering tools, solar simulators, and testing tools.
• Document work thoroughly and communicate results effectively with team members.
• Work the evening shift from 2pm - 10pm, Monday – Friday.
