The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100.00 to $223,500.00.

Position Details:
We are seeking a Engineering Manager to join our Customer Information Management (CIM) team. The CIM team owns the enterprise address platform. Our mission is to deliver a trusted, centralized set of address services that standardize, validate, and serve address data through scalable, API-first solutions.
By building reliable and reusable address capabilities, we enable product and engineering teams to seamlessly support shipping, billing, and other address use cases—reducing duplication, minimizing errors, and lowering operational risk across the organization.
As an Engineering Manager on the CIM Address team, you will play a key role in ensuring delivery, monitoring metrics, create high performing teams, coaching and mentoring the engineers on your team.
You will collaborate closely with architects, product managers, analysts, data engineers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions that integrate, process, and manage customer data from diverse internal and external sources.
This position reports to theSenior Manager, CIM, Product Engineering.
