Part of an existing robust practice and have the support to immediately build a busy schedule. State-of-the-art equipment. Working with experienced ophthalmic, surgical, and technical teams. The time and support to offer personalized care catered to each patient's individual needs. Mentorship - New Grads receive a direct mentor resource for the first 6 months of employment Immediate high volumes with competitive productivity incentives.
