What We Offer : Join the Novane Health Team as a Wound Care RN! Schedule : PRN Days, 8a-4 : 30p Mon-Fri (1-2 shifts per week, as needed) Department : Wound Care Location : Wound Healing Center, located in Belfair Medical Plaza in Bluffton, SC Responsibilities Responsible for achieving standards of care, collaborating with physician providers and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. Responsible for ongoing quality, productivity and efficiency in Wound Ostomy Care Services. Qualifications Education : 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience : Two years experience, required. Licensure / Certification : Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred. Additional Skills (required) : Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision. Additional Skills (preferred) : Wound certification. Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
