10 - 14 patients per day 60-minute new patients, 30-minute follow-ups

Outpatient clinic setting

Must commit to minimum 6-month assignment

Multiple outpatient clinic locations within service area

Adult patient population only

Outpatient procedures only

VA healthcare system affiliation
