Primary Care NP or PA - Family Medicine

Our new Family Medicine services expand our high-quality care to include care of children. We are seeking a dynamic Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant .

Reporting to the Site Medical Director or Physician Floor Leader, and collaborating with a Team Physician, the Fenway Health Team Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides health maintenance, acute episodic, and chronic disease-focused patient care to assigned patients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical services to Fenway Health patients
• Conduct psychosocial screening and evaluation
• Ensure appropriate documentation and credentials
• Engage in ongoing educational growth

Note : This position involves some remote work, including telehealth visits. Remote work hours and duties may change based on patient demand, regulations, and reimbursement guidelines.
