About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day 3x12-Hour; Night 3x12-Hour

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel.

License : Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required.

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH required.

Must-Have :

Must have 18 months of recent cardiac step down experience.

Must have ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation with acceptable scores.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in step down care.

This position requires the ability to float between units as needed.

Shifts will alternate between day and night.

Nurses applying for this position must have substantial experience in cardiac step down nursing.

Preferred experience includes PCU or progressive care.

Only candidates with a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand will be considered.

All required certifications must be active with no pending status.

References from managers or supervisors in the specialty applying for are mandatory for submission.

Travelers will be subject to background checks prior to acceptance.

All nursing staff must comply with nicotine-free policies.

Candidates will need to complete required modules prior to their start date.
