Hospital - Outpatient Setting - Indian Health Service

ANY STATE LICENSE

Credentialing : 60 days

Start : 6 / 2 / 25

End : 9 / 2 / 25

LOA : 3 month contract with option to extend

Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 - 5; 1hr lunch

Patient Volume : 10-12 patients per day

EMR : RPMS with IHS specific add-ons

License : ANY STATE LICENSE

MUST be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
