Job Description :

As a psychotherapist at CCFC, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with various mental health concerns. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and creating personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting individual, couples, and / or group therapy sessions
• Administering assessments and evaluations to gather comprehensive client information
• Diagnosing mental health disorders based on observations and assessments
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and wrap-around care
• Providing crisis intervention and emergency counseling when necessary
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities

About Associated Behavioral Health :

CCFC is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice. Established in 2015, our practice has expanded on a telehealth basis in Maryland and DC. with Maryland currently being our only physical office location. We are seeking clinicians who may be interested in obtaining dual licensure and we are prepared to assist in this process. Our client base is diverse, predominantly those surviving trauma of victimization and non-emergency cases. Many of our clients seek assistance with various mood and adjustment disorders.

Our organization offers a variety of remote and hybrid work models, including part-time and full-time fully remote positions. These opportunities are available for independent contractors or as 1099 positions. Additionally, we have both full-time and part-time positions as employees, although they are not fully remote and require one day to be spent in the office.
