We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who's not only sharp with tools and troubleshooting-but also loves customer interaction and knows how to spot opportunities to help. What You'll Do :

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Build trust and rapport with customers through honest communication
• Educate clients on system conditions and recommend the best solutions
• Present add-on products and services with integrity (filters, IAQ, accessories, etc.)
• Complete service tickets accurately and efficiently using mobile tools
• Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
