This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Operations Specialist (QuickBooks) in the United States .

This role provides an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless integration and high-quality data operations for financial systems, with a particular focus on QuickBooks. You will work directly with users to guide them through setup, troubleshoot integration issues, validate data, and optimize workflows. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and the overall success of internal processes. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will identify trends and opportunities for system improvements while documenting best practices to empower end-users. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and a dynamic environment where technical expertise and customer support intersect.

Accountabilities

  • Guide users through QuickBooks integration setup and configuration processes.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for QuickBooks Online and Desktop integrations.
  • Assist with data validation, mapping, and synchronization between QuickBooks and internal systems.
  • Analyze data quality and identify potential issues, creating custom action plans to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate trends, recurring issues, and potential system enhancements.
  • Document common troubleshooting steps, best practices, and user guides to enhance self-service resources.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements to optimize the user experience and system functionality.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of professional experience in customer success, technical support, implementation, or data operations roles.
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online and / or Desktop in a professional setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and training.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and data reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
