Talent and Recruiting Transformation Project Manager
Location : Chicago, IL
Type : 6+ month contract with potential extension
Note : This role is hybrid onsite 2-3 times a week in their downtown Chicago, IL location.
Responsibilities : This role will serve as the project manager for the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Workstreams within a large, multi-workstream 2-year program to implement Oracle HCM. This role is responsible for coordination and management of the project plan, workstream documentation and facilitation of the two workstream activities to successfully implement the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in HR transformation and / or project management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Understanding of Talent Management and Recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project coordination tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Experience coordinating HR technology implementations (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS / CRM) is a plus.
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, workflows, and user journey maps to support system design and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive updates, project communications, and user-facing materials.
- Ability to successfully manage a project within a complexed, matrixed, global environment.
