Pay Rate : $70 - $76 per hour

Position Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise project management, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration-driving projects from concept to successful delivery with precision and leadership.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes that meet strategic business goals. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in communication, and can influence across multiple levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-year technology projects with enterprise impact.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and closure.
• Partner with technical leads, product owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth agile delivery.
• Facilitate cross-team and vendor collaboration to align project goals, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project governance, metrics, and reporting dashboards for transparent visibility.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across all project teams.
