We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and a passion for promoting oral health. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental hygiene services, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting the overall mission of our clinic.

Duties

  • Perform dental cleanings and preventive care for patients
  • Taking Digital dental x-rays (Dexis)
  • Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
  • Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices, including medical imaging and anatomy knowledge.

Requirements

  • Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, and infection control procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient care and comfort.

    • Pay : $53-65

    Depending on experience

    Part time :

    Monday : 7 : 45am-4pm

    Tuesday : 7 : 45am-4pm
