Description :

Home visits are required for this position.

The role involves periodic office meetings.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.

The average number of patients per day is 5-6.

The contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day.

Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) has a different point value.

Contractors must achieve 30 points per week to meet productivity expectations.

Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups.

Weekend requirements vary per location and profession.

Traveling up to 75 miles from the home clinic is necessary.

Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

Travelers are compensated for travel between patient homes, but the commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable.

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.

Pending licenses are not accepted unless the license is expected to be obtained quickly.

A typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

There is no weekend rotation required.

On-call duties vary by job and location.

The contractor will be expected to complete all documentation within 24 hours of patient appointments.

Delayed or incomplete documentation may impact billing and result in cancellation.

There are no guaranteed hours; contractors must hit weekly productivity points.

If there are not enough patients, the contractor may be floated to another nearby clinic.
